Processing Time
Because all of our products are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. For lost packages, please reach out and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
